Tara and Felix are a husband and wife team who share a passion for beautiful spaces in beautiful places. With backgrounds in real estate, design, and craftsmanship they have built, renovated, and stewarded properties.
Along the way they experienced both exceptional and disappointing Airbnb property management and have learned what elevates hosting into thoughtful property care.
Drawn to Lombok’s natural beauty and slower pace of life, they began developing a boutique wellness hotel. During this time, they ran successful Airbnb’s, developing the thoughtful and meticulous approach to property care and guest experience that defines Uma Collective.

No. With Uma Collective’s professional management, your villa will be maintained to a much higher standard than with a long-term lease. With regular inspections, frequent professional cleaning, and proactive maintenance, any wear and tear is identified and addressed immediately. This prevents small issues from becoming costly problems and ensures your property is kept in excellent condition.

Absolutely. It’s your home, and you’re free to use it whenever you like. You’ll have access to an owner’s dashboard where you can easily block off your dates. The only exception is for existing confirmed bookings, which we would need to honour.

We use an AI-driven pricing algorithm that continuously analyzes local competition, seasonality, events, and market demand to optimize your property's performance. By adjusting rates for early bookings, last-minute demand, and minimum stay requirements, we maximize occupancy while achieving the highest possible average daily rate.

We pay you on or before the 5th of each month for revenue earned in the preceding month, less any expenses.
